Skintastic Aesthetic Supplies LTD – Return Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully. By placing an order with Skintastic Aesthetic Supplies LTD, you agree to the terms set out below.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date for UK orders.
• Returns are accepted within 21 days of the delivery date for international orders.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and free gifts (if applicable).
• Products must be in resalable condition, free from any signs of use, wear, damage, or tampering.
• We do not accept returns for:
  • Opened or used products.
  • Consumable items (e.g. gels, creams, serums, etc.).
  • Custom orders, bespoke equipment, or special-order items.
  • Any product damaged through customer mishandling or improper use.

Return Process

1. Contact us at [insert email] with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
2. Our team will issue you a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Returns will not be accepted without this.
3. Return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receiving your RAN.
4. Items must be returned at your own cost, securely packaged, and sent via a tracked and insured service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

• Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus:
  • A 15% restocking fee (applies to all returns).
  • Any delivery/shipping charges, which are non-refundable.
• If the returned item is not in its original condition or has missing parts, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or apply additional charges.

Damaged or Faulty Items

• You must inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage or faults within 48 hours.
• For faulty items, we will first attempt to repair or replace the product under warranty terms before offering a refund.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return it (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order.

Important Notes

• The 14 or 21-day return period begins on the day of delivery, as confirmed by the courier tracking.
• International returns may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (International Orders)

For all international orders placed with Skintastic Aesthetic Supplies LTD, the following applies:

• Customs duties, taxes, VAT, and import fees are not included in the price of our products or in the shipping costs displayed at checkout.
• These charges are imposed by the destination country’s government and are entirely outside of our control.
• It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check local import regulations and ensure they are aware of any additional charges that may be incurred when receiving goods internationally.
• Skintastic Aesthetic Supplies LTD is not liable for any customs charges, duties, taxes, handling fees, or clearance charges imposed by your country’s customs authority. These fees must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery or collection.
• If you refuse to pay any customs duties or taxes and the goods are returned to us, we reserve the right to:
  • Deduct any return shipping fees, customs charges, and handling fees we incur from your refund.
  • Charge a 15% restocking fee, in addition to any non-refundable shipping charges from the original delivery.
• If the goods are abandoned, destroyed, or otherwise disposed of by customs due to non-payment of charges, no refund will be issued.
