Medical Laser Systems
We only list a medical laser here when we hold the registration paperwork for it ourselves and can hand you the file. If a system is not on this page, it is because we are not prepared to sell it until the documentation is complete. If you are comparing suppliers, our laser and IPL buyer's checklist explains exactly which of those documents you should be asking to see.
Medical devices
Every machine below is registered with the MHRA and supplied with the certificates, the Declaration of Conformity, installation and operator training. On the AL1 and the MED-870+ we are the UK Responsible Person ourselves. On the Stelle diode systems that role is held by MedPath Limited and we are the UK importer and distributor. Each machine below tells you which, because it matters and you should not have to ask. Prices exclude VAT.

We used to list more systems here than we do today. Two models remain withdrawn from sale while we complete the documentation with the manufacturer.
We are not willing to sell a medical laser to a UK clinic unless we can hand over a certificate that names the model, a Declaration of Conformity that cites the right directive, and a full user manual in English. Insurers ask for those. Local authorities ask for those. If we cannot produce them, the machine does not go on this page.
If you were looking for a system that is no longer listed, message us. We will tell you honestly where it stands and when we expect it back.
- The certificate must name the model
- The Declaration of Conformity must cite the medical device directive, not just the electrical ones
- A full user manual in English, not a brochure
- Correct UK Responsible Person on the label
- Class 4 laser warning labelling in place
- A UK engineer route for repairs
Cosmetic devices
These are cosmetic devices, not medical devices. They do not require MHRA registration and we label them plainly as cosmetic rather than implying otherwise.
Talk to us before you buy
We would rather have an honest conversation about what a machine will actually do in your clinic, and show you the paperwork that comes with it, than sell you the wrong thing.
