Safety Eyewear
Laser and IPL eye protection for the operator, the client and anyone else in the treatment room, from Univet, supplied by Skintastic as the authorised UK distributor. Eyewear is wavelength specific: glasses that protect at 1064nm will not protect at 755nm, and no laser eyewear covers a broad spectrum IPL flash, so always check your machine wavelengths against the filter before ordering. Laser filters are rated to EN 207 on the LB scale; IPL goggles are rated by shade to ISO 12609-1. Each listing states the wavelengths and rating, with certificates to download. Patient goggles are worn by the client and are listed separately.
