The Hollywood carbon peel, taught properly. Carbon assisted Q-switched Nd:YAG treatment for exfoliation, pore refining, collagen stimulation and skin rejuvenation.
About this course
This CPD accredited course gives you the theory and the hands on practice to deliver carbon assisted Q-switched Nd:YAG treatments safely and to a high professional standard. It is written for qualified therapists who want to add advanced skin rejuvenation to what they already offer.
You will come away understanding skin anatomy, Fitzpatrick classification, contraindications, treatment planning and MHRA compliant device operation.
The course explains the dual phase mechanism, carbon assisted exfoliation on the surface combined with dermal collagen stimulation underneath, and puts proper weight on client suitability, consultation standards, laser safety and post treatment protocols within the UK regulatory framework.
On successful completion you will be competent in performing carbon laser peels on suitable skin types, with safe, reproducible results.
