Your therapist begins with a cleanse, exfoliates, cleanses again, then includes a mask and massage within the 45-minute appointment. This is a hands-on skincare facial; the exact products are discussed with you before treatment.

We deliver Ofqual-regulated qualifications. Our owner is an assessor and Internal Quality Assurer (IQA), and also acts as a UK Responsible Person (UKRP) for medical devices.

What to expect
The aim is cleansed, refreshed-feeling skin and time to relax. It does not replace medical treatment for acne, rosacea or another skin condition, and does not promise permanent wrinkle or pigmentation removal.
Suitability and risks
Skincare products can cause irritation or an allergic reaction. Broken skin, active infection, sunburn or a recent intensive skin treatment may mean postponing or adapting the facial.

Before you attend
Tell the practitioner about medicines, allergies, pregnancy, implants, previous procedures and changes in health. Preparation is specific to the method and product; do not stop prescribed medicines without your prescriber’s advice.
Aftercare and follow-up
Tell your therapist about retinoids, exfoliating products and recent procedures. Afterwards follow the product-specific advice, avoid adding unfamiliar strong skincare immediately and protect exposed skin from the sun.

Which products do you use?
Ask us for the currently available range before booking. Your therapist will check ingredients and suitability with you; a particular brand is not promised on this page.
Is this a HydraFacial or carbon laser facial?
No. This is a traditional facial. Carbon laser facials are listed separately, and HydraFacial is not currently offered.
Can sensitive skin have a facial?
It depends on the skin and products. Tell us about reactions and allergies so the therapist can assess whether to adapt or postpone treatment.
How much will my treatment cost?

Will I need a course?
