How booking works
1. Get in touch
Call, message on WhatsApp or use the contact form. Tell us roughly what you are looking at and we will tell you whether it is something we treat.
2. Consultation and patch test
We take a medical history, assess your skin and carry out a patch test where the treatment needs one. If you are not suitable, we say so and explain why.
3. Your course
Most laser and IPL work is a course rather than a single session. You get a written plan with the number of sessions, the intervals and the aftercare before you commit.
What we will and will not promise
Results vary, and we will tell you how
Hair colour, skin type, the ink in a tattoo and your own medical history all change what is achievable. We will give you a realistic expectation at consultation, including when the honest answer is that a treatment will not do what you are hoping.
Non-surgical means non-surgical
These are aesthetic treatments. They are not surgery, not a substitute for surgery, and not a treatment for a medical condition. If something you describe needs a doctor, we will tell you to see one.
