About this course

Vitamin B12 is one of the most requested injectables and one of the easiest to get casual about. This course is written to make sure you understand what you are giving, why, and under what legal footing.

You will cover what B12 is, how the injections work, dosage and method, allergies, the difference between an oral supplement and an intramuscular injection, and the compliance and prescription only medicine position.

Then the anatomy of the injection sites, the pharmacology, preparation and safety protocols, injection technique, aftercare advice and proper record keeping.

There are review questions after every section, and the course finishes with a practical assessment and competency check.
