Wax removes hair from the root on suitable skin. Your therapist checks the area and relevant skincare or medicines first. Hair regrowth and appointment frequency vary between people and areas.

Bikini-line waxing
Standard bikini-line coverage can be discussed privately with Jenni. Hollywood and Brazilian waxing are not offered.
Back, chest, shoulders and stomach
Larger body areas need sufficient appointment time and a quote for the exact coverage. Disclose irritation, sun exposure and recent skin treatments.
Combined appointments
Several suitable areas can be scheduled together. Ask for a written total and the expected appointment length rather than assuming a full-body package.

What to expect
Temporary redness and tenderness can occur. Hair needs sufficient growth for the chosen wax system, so ask for preparation advice when booking rather than shaving immediately beforehand. Waxing does not stop future hair growth permanently.
Suitability and risks
Waxing can cause skin lifting, burns, bruising, irritation, ingrown hairs or folliculitis. Recent sunburn, broken or infected skin, certain medicines and strong exfoliating skincare can make it unsuitable. Tell the therapist about retinoids or isotretinoin; do not stop prescribed medicine simply for a waxing appointment.

Before you attend
Tell the practitioner about medicines, allergies, pregnancy, implants, previous procedures and changes in health. Preparation is specific to the method and product; do not stop prescribed medicines without your prescriber’s advice.
Aftercare and follow-up
Follow the therapist’s advice on heat, friction, exercise, swimming and skincare while the area settles. Avoid picking ingrown hairs. Seek advice for increasing pain, spreading redness or signs of infection.

Do you offer Hollywood or Brazilian waxing?
No. These waxing services are not offered by Jenni. Standard bikini-line coverage can be discussed separately.
Can I wax between laser hair-removal sessions?
Waxing removes the hair target needed for light-based treatment. Discuss your laser course with the practitioner before booking waxing; shaving is generally the preferred interim method once skin has settled.
Can I book several areas together?
Yes, subject to suitability and appointment availability. The quote confirms every included area.
Do you use strip wax or hot wax?
The therapist will confirm the wax used for your area. A particular wax type or brand has not been specified in this menu.
Can my face be waxed if I use retinol?
Tell the therapist exactly what you use and about recent procedures. The skin may be more vulnerable, and treatment may need postponing or a different method.
How much will my treatment cost?
