Compatibility
This handpiece is designed for the ALD1 desktop diode laser and other systems fitted with the 800W quad wavelength handpiece. Handpiece connectors must match the machine, so please send us your machine model and serial number before ordering and we will confirm compatibility.
Expected life
Treatment heads are consumables and normally last one to two years, depending on use. Handpiece life depends on how often the machine is used and how it is cared for, and is not guaranteed.
Care and warranty
Damage caused by dropping the handpiece or treatment heads, incorrect use (for example, stacking shots), or not following the cooling and water maintenance instructions is not covered by the warranty, and repairs in these cases are chargeable.
Fitting
We recommend that a replacement handpiece is fitted and checked by our engineer. Engineer visits are charged separately. Please contact us for the current lead time before ordering.
