The MED-870+ FOCXEL is an advanced medical fractional CO2 laser platform for controlled ablative and fractional treatment of skin and mucosal tissue. At 10,600nm the energy is selectively absorbed by tissue water, producing controlled vaporisation and thermal coagulation in a dot matrix pattern, which allows effective treatment with far less downtime than a fully ablative laser.

2. Qualified Practitioner Package, 10% off
Available where the purchaser already holds the Laser Core of Knowledge, a regulated Level 4 Laser and IPL qualification and a regulated Level 5 qualification. Evidence of all three must be supplied and approved before the discount is applied. The 10% applies to the machine cost, on either configuration. On this route the training provided is the standard CPD accredited fractional CO2 operator training rather than the full qualification pathway.
As set out above, engineer set up and PAT testing are included at the full price. They are not included on promotional or discounted offers, where that service is available at £500.
