The LD1 is a 2400W quad wavelength diode laser system built for clinics running high volume hair reduction lists. It fires 755nm, 808nm, 940nm and 1064nm as one blended output, treating Fitzpatrick I to VI including darker skin at 1064nm.

Eligibility
Available where the purchaser already holds both a regulated Level 3 Anatomy and Physiology qualification and a regulated Level 4 Laser and IPL qualification. Evidence of both qualifications must be supplied to and approved by Skintastic before the discount is applied.

C-MAX handpiece with intelligent tip recognition
The C-MAX carries its own screen, so fluence, pulse width, frequency and cooling are adjusted in your hand. Three 3D magnetic smart tips are supplied as standard: Body 25 x 30mm, Facial 15 x 15mm and Mini 8mm diameter. The machine recognises which tip is fitted and loads the pre-set parameters for it.
360 degree cooling
The tip connects to the handle all the way round rather than on one face. Rated to minus 20 degrees, with a PT100 sensor holding the sapphire crystal at a constant 4 degrees at the skin. Sapphire, air, closed water circulation, semiconductor and TEC.
Built for a clinic day
Ten to twelve hours continuous working, 10.4 inch touchscreen in fifteen languages, treatment records saved per client, renting mode, five self protection alarms and part level diagnostics so an engineer knows which component before anything is opened. The water filter sits outside the machine, so nobody opens the shell of a Class 4 laser to service the water.

Licensing and documentation
In England a special treatment licence is required by all 32 London boroughs and by many authorities in Nottinghamshire, Kent, Sussex, the Midlands and the North East. In Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland the clinic registers instead with HIW, HIS or RQIA. Inspections in all four nations turn on documents. We supply the notified body certificate, the MHRA registration confirmation, the conformity documentation, full instructions for use in English, the test reports and the technical file, and we send them before you buy rather than after. Note that these bodies register the clinic and not the machine, so no laser is HIW registered or HIS approved.
