This is the full tip configuration of the MED-870+ FOCXEL. The machine, the 40W RF metal tube source, the six treatment modes and the documentation pack are identical to the Skin configuration. What is added is the gynae tube and the vulva tube, which is what allows intimate and gynaecological treatment.

The MED-870+ FOCXEL is an advanced medical fractional CO2 laser platform for controlled ablative and fractional treatment of skin and mucosal tissue. At 10,600nm the energy is selectively absorbed by tissue water, producing controlled vaporisation and thermal coagulation in a dot matrix pattern, which allows effective treatment with far less downtime than a fully ablative laser.
