As the Managing Director of Skintastic Aesthetic Lasers LTD, I oversee the entire operation of the company, ensuring we meet our strategic goals and continue to grow. My role involves setting the direction for both the clinic and academy, ensuring we stay at the forefront of the aesthetics industry by adopting the latest technologies and adhering to current industry standards.
I also focus on business development, managing relationships with suppliers, industry professionals, and clients to drive growth, particularly in the sale of laser devices. On the training side, I ensure that our academy maintains high educational standards, giving our students real-world experience and accredited qualifications that align with industry needs.
An important part of my role is acting as a United Kingdom Responsible Person (UKRP) for laser device importations with the MHRA. This ensures that all imported devices meet UK regulatory standards, allowing us to provide our clients and students with safe and effective equipment.
At the heart of what we do is our commitment to delivering exceptional customer care. I oversee our client services to ensure that our treatments are both affordable and of the highest quality, helping us maintain our reputation for excellence.
