How the treatment is approached
Individual lash extensions or suitable lash fans are attached to natural lashes using a professional adhesive. The chosen length, weight, curl and placement must suit the natural lashes and eye-area assessment.

YY lash extensions
YY fibres create a more textured, fuller-looking effect than a traditional single classic extension. Your therapist explains the actual lash system and weight used.
WW lash extensions
WW styles create a fuller, textured finish. Their shape and appearance depend on the product and placement; they are not automatically suitable for every natural lash.
Light Russian volume: 3D and 4D
Fine extensions are arranged in light fans for a soft volume effect. 3D and 4D describe the number of fibres in the fan, not a guarantee of a particular finished density.
Light Russian volume: 5D and 6D
These can create a fuller light-volume finish where the natural lashes can support the selected fans. Fine fibre diameter and total weight matter as well as fan count.
Maintenance, existing extensions and removal
Tell Jenni if you already have extensions. Ask about infill timing, work from another salon and professional removal when arranging your appointment; the plan and cost depend on their condition.

What to expect
Your finished look depends on the natural lashes, design and lash cycle. Extensions shed with natural lashes, so maintenance is normally needed. We confirm appointment length and any infill policy when you enquire.
Suitability and risks
Adhesive and eye-area products can cause allergy or irritation. Poor suitability or application can damage natural lashes. Active eye infection, significant irritation or a previous adhesive reaction needs assessment before proceeding. A negative patch test cannot guarantee that an allergy will not develop.

Before you attend
Tell the practitioner about medicines, allergies, pregnancy, implants, previous procedures and changes in health. Preparation is specific to the method and product; do not stop prescribed medicines without your prescriber’s advice.
Aftercare and follow-up
Arrive with clean lashes and tell us about contact lenses, recent eye procedures and reactions. Follow the adhesive-specific cleansing and aftercare instructions. Do not pull extensions off yourself. Eye pain, marked swelling or a change in vision requires prompt medical advice.

Do you still offer classics?
Yes. Classics are available alongside YY, WW and light Russian-volume sets.
Which Russian volumes are available?
Light Russian sets can use 3D, 4D, 5D or 6D fans, selected according to the natural lashes and desired finish.
Do you offer mega volume?
The confirmed menu is classics, YY, WW and light Russian volume. Mega volume is not included in this menu.
Do I need a patch test?
Tell us about previous adhesive reactions. We explain the testing requirements for the actual adhesive and service before booking. The clinic’s separate 48-hour laser rule is not a substitute for lash-product instructions.
How much are infills?
Ask for the current infill policy and quote, including the required remaining lashes and appointment interval. A new set may be needed depending on condition.
How much will my treatment cost?
Assessment for the booked treatment is included in the appointment price. Full-set prices only. Please discuss maintenance and removal arrangements before booking. All 3D–6D light Russian options have the same listed full-set price.
Will I need a course?
That depends on the concern, suitability and response. We discuss the likely commitment and review progress before recommending more appointments.
