Operator safety glasses for intense pulsed light (IPL) treatments. IPL Brown Contrast Enhancement lens in brown polycarbonate, mounted in the Model 33 Eurolite fitover frame, which fits over most prescription glasses.
Why this lens
Many IPL systems filter from 480nm or 530nm upwards. Our supplier recommends this brown contrast lens for IPL systems starting from 480nm, because it works by reducing overall brightness across the visible range rather than being rated to a fixed wavelength band that starts higher up.

Before you order
Eyewear must match the wavelength you are actually using. If you run more than one wavelength in the same room you need the correct filter for each, and everyone present during treatment, including the client, needs appropriate eye protection. Check the optical density figures above against your own machine specification and your local rules. If you are not sure, send us your machine make and model and we will check before you buy.
