Qualifications that insurers recognise
There is a real difference between a regulated qualification and a certificate of attendance. We deliver both, and we will tell you honestly which one you actually need.

A working clinic, not a demo room
Our Southampton clinic runs laser hair removal, tattoo removal, skin rejuvenation and body contouring by appointment. It is where students train on live treatments and where every machine we sell has been used on real skin first.

The person selling you the machine is the one who answers for it
Carla Cooper-Gale is the named UK Responsible Person to the MHRA for the devices we import, an Ofqual qualified assessor and internal quality assurer, and a Level 5 qualified educator. She treats on this equipment herself.
Regulated, not self-certified
MHRA for the devices, Ofqual for the qualifications, FCA for the finance, BMLA for professional standards. Each one is issued by a body that can take it away.
We tell you what a machine is not
If a system is a cosmetic device rather than a medical device, we say so on the page. If a wavelength will not clear a particular ink, we say that too.

Technical support from people who use the machines, not an overseas call centre. Warranty and aftercare confirmed in writing before you commit.
