Compatibility
This handpiece is designed for the LD1 and the DPL4 diode platform. Handpiece connectors must match the machine, so please send us your machine model and serial number before ordering and we will confirm compatibility.
Expected handpiece life
The handpiece is rated by the manufacturer for 40 million shots. As a guide only, assuming an average of around 2,000 shots per treatment:

Care and warranty
Damage caused by dropping the handpiece or treatment heads, incorrect use (for example, stacking shots), or not following the cooling and water maintenance instructions is not covered by the warranty, and repairs in these cases are chargeable.
Fitting
We recommend that a replacement handpiece is fitted and checked by our engineer. Engineer visits are charged separately. Please contact us for the current lead time before ordering.
