The AL1 is a portable Q-switched Nd:YAG laser system for tattoo removal, pigmentation correction and skin rejuvenation. Three wavelengths from one platform, with five tips supplied as standard.
Three wavelengths
1064nm for deep and dark pigment and black or dark blue tattoo ink. 532nm, the frequency doubled wavelength, for red, orange and warm coloured ink and superficial pigmented lesions. 1320nm for the carbon laser facial, skin rejuvenation and pore refinement.

Two versions
Single rod at 100 to 1000mJ, or double rod at 100 to 2000mJ. Both carry the same three wavelengths, the same five tips and the same regulatory standing. The difference is peak energy, which matters on dense professional tattoos.

In England a special treatment licence is required by all 32 London boroughs and by many authorities in Nottinghamshire, Kent, Sussex, the Midlands and the North East.
